The annual membership subscription price for home use is $150.00. Alternatively, if paying by credit card, you may pay $12.95 per month.

When you submit this application, you will receive electronic confirmation, which will include your user ID and password.

By submitting the application form subscribers (also referred to as "you") agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

MacquarieNet is an online service for use by you (and your immediate family) published by Macquarie Online Pty Ltd ("Macquarie") (ACN 071 036 336). This agreement is subject to change at any time by Macquarie, which changes will be effective upon Macquarie giving you notice.

Usage

Macquarie grants you access to MacquarieNet on one PC at a time. Unless you complete an institutional network agreement MacquarieNet shall not be used on a network.

The information contained within MacquarieNet is copyright material and is supplied for your sole use and shall not be copied, reproduced or duplicated for resale. The password shall be kept confidential by you and your immediate family and not released to third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Macquarie and other providers of MacquarieNet's collections provide no warranty regarding the truth, accuracy and fairness of the information included in MacquarieNet.

Limitation of Liability

Subscribers agree that Macquarie's liability for any breach of condition or warranty is limited to the subscription monies paid by subscribers for the current period of subscription.

General

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and shall not be assigned or transferred by the subscriber without the written agreement of Macquarie.
