Accoutrement has been providing quality kitchenware for Mosman and the Sydney Metro area for 27 years. We pride ourselves on selling the best of the best, with strong belief in customer service and provide free gift wrapping and a bridal registry.

About the Bookshop
The Accoutrement Epicurean Store at Mosrnan opened just before Christmas. The Epicurean stocks an extensive range of top quality Australian products - Joseph Olive Oil and Western Australian Auschovies, just to name a few. We have encouraged a, "chefs corner" which proudly promotes leading Australian chefs' products, including Maggic Beer's Verjuice and Quince Paste, Paul Merrony's French Dressing, Charmiaine Solomon's Curry Pastes and Marinades, and Matthew Moran's Thai Dressing.

About the cooking school
The Accoutrement cooking school features exciting new chefs and restaurants. We are thrilled to have renowned dessert chef Emily Ltichetti from San Francisco as our guest on March 16-17. For the dessert lovers Emily's classes will be a treat not to be missed. Also, this year Sue will introduce a new course, to be conducted over four weeks, for the less experienced cook - Let's Start Cooking.
